My name is Richard Beesley, I’m currently one of the country’s top session musicians. I have toured with artists such as Robbie Williams, The Brand New Heavies and The Funk Brothers, as well as having recorded with artists such as Michael Buble, Omar and Martin Barre. I’ve also worked on many theatre shows such as Jersey Boys, The Band, Memphis, Heartbeat of Home and Calendar Girls. I’m happy teaching any level, whether that be absolute beginner all the way through to seasoned players who’d like to expand their jazz vocabulary. I taught at London’s prestigious Harrodian School for 10 years and only left due to touring commitments 3 years ago. Now that the touring scene has been put on ice I’m looking to take on a few private pupils.
