Hieu Wilkinson

Hi! I am currently a student at the University of Glasgow, and am looking to teach intermediate to advanced students
Violin and Music Theory, from Grade 4 standard onwards. 

I have been learning the violin for 11 years, at first privately, before joining the Royal College of Music 
junior department in London for four years, learning both violin and piano. Upon graduating from there I have 
achieved my DipABRSM diploma on violin, and grade 8 with distinction on the piano and bassoon. I was also a member of
the National Youth Orchestra for three years, and have performed at prestigious venues such as the Royal Albert Hall
and Konzerthaus in Berlin. At the City of London School, I earned A* grades in both my GCSE and A level
music courses, and had experience as a chorister at the Temple Church in London for 5 years.

I am happy to teach online over Zoom or Skype for students outside of Glasgow, and have had experience doing so over
the last two years. For students living in Glasgow, in most instances I would be happy to travel to your house to 
teach, but if you would be more comfortable learning online as well that would be absolutely fine.
