Gary Clemmings

I am a professional drummer from Nottingham who prides himself on being versatile and adaptable to most situations. I have many years of experience and a dedication to the instrument. I feel equally comfortable in the studio as with playing live. I approach projects with enthusiasm and commitment. The experience I have gained from attending auditions through to arranging gigs has been very beneficial to me as a person and as a musician. Having qualified myself I have also tutored for the past ten years and began Creative Drum Works. I am offering one to one drum set lessons at the students home or my home in Chesterfield where I currently reside. I teach beginners through to advanced players about drum set techniques, styles & application. This involves theory, rudiments – how to apply them, coordination and also taking students through there Rock School gradings. All styles are taught so weather your interested in Pop, Rock, Funk, Hip-hop, Soul, Jazz, Rhythm & Blues etc it’s all covered in depth.
